About the role
As a Senior CXone Architect, you will provide technical design authority for a NICE CXone environment, ensuring the platform remains scalable, cohesive, and aligned with business needs as it evolves. This is a hands-on role that combines architecture leadership with senior-level engineering support.
What you'll do
- Provide technical design authority for a NICE CXone environment, ensuring the platform remains scalable, cohesive, and aligned with business needs as it evolves
- Evaluate changes with environment-wide impact, guide routing and integration strategy, and partner with stakeholders on platform roadmap, technical risk
- Own architecture reviews for the CXone environment, evaluating proposed changes for downstream impact before they reach production
- Serve as the final technical reviewer for recommendations with environment-wide impact, including major integrations, platform-wide configuration changes
- Provide senior-level, hands-on CXone engineering support alongside architectural responsibilities
