Customer Support Executive

About the role

Expected to engage to win qualified leads and pitch to sell the e-commerce platform solutions to acquire merchants. Upselling to the acquired merchants is also expected for contributing to revenue aims.

What you'll do

• Consultative and solution-oriented mindset. Understanding the customer's pain points and requirements and matching the company's products and services to them
• A passion for talking to people, curiosity to assess their unique business needs, and a drive to help them grow Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation
• Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of potential new customers
• Resolve complaints by coordinating with the respective internal team
• Achieve monthly & quarterly performance goals
