About the role
We’re looking for a strong and hands-on Senior Recruiter to own mid-level to senior hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines, drive targeted sourcing, and close exceptional candidates.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles
- Lead headhunting, niche sourcing, and passive candidate engagement across Tech and Non-Tech roles
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Manage candidate relationships, interviews, offer negotiations, and closures
