About the role
An Internal Coordinator (IC) owns the day-to-day running of field data collection for a single region. Each IC leads a team of Field Officers (FOs) who carry recording rigs(hardware) into partner businesses, set them up correctly, and capture high-quality task recordings.
What you'll do
- Check the day's pipeline of confirmed businesses for each FO
- Keep enough backup businesses on hand so no FO is left idle if a task falls through
- Confirm rig, SD card, and inventory availability before FOs leave
- Plan for exigencies (business cancellations, FO absence, device shortfall, travel issues)
- Live Monitoring & 2-Hourly Updates
