IT Intern – Gadget & Tech Support Operations

About the role

The Rig / Productivity Team is responsible for ensuring that recorded field data is uploaded, reconciled, validated, and made ready for reuse. The role combines two critical functions: processing SD card data and reviewing recorded videos to determine whether the data is valid.

What you'll do

• Maintain complete visibility of pending work, turnaround time, and any data-related issues
• Ensure that every batch is processed in the correct sequence and that no data is skipped or misrepresented
• SD Card Data Processing & Upload
• Receive reconciled SD cards from the inventory team
• Upload recorded data to the cloud as per the defined process
