About the role
Instawork Robotics records skilled manual work with lightweight wearable cameras at partner businesses (factories, hospitals, hotels, workshops and shops), and pays those businesses for every hour recorded. This footage is used to train robotics and physical AI. As a Regional Sales Manager you will own one territory in your city, lead a team of 5 Sales Executives, and personally sign the largest businesses in your area.
What you'll do
- Sell to large businesses
- Win large and mid-sized partners (factories, hospitals, hotels, labs) by meeting owners, plant heads and administrators
- Work longer sales cycles: repeat visits, safety and site approvals, and getting the decision-maker to say yes
- Stay the main point of contact for every business you sign, through recording and payments
- Hire, train and lead 5 Sales Executives who sign small shops and workshops across your territory
