What you'll do
- Incoming inspection of SMT components (marking, purchase order, supplier invoice, actual part verification, value if applicable, and packaging condition)
- Fill the incoming inspection checklist and update the store material inward sheet after inspection. Add a QC sticker to each box
- Verify the supplier PDI report and maintain records of all supplier PDI reports
- Perform 100% inspection of OBD cables for the international market using a test bed/multimeter
- Perform 100% verification of all pigtails (splitter, 9-pin, etc.) for continuity and visual defects using a tester, multimeter, or visual inspection
