About the role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing People team. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, act as a trusted advisor to key leadership stakeholders, and help shape our long-term talent strategy.
What you'll do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and high-priority roles across various business units
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networking, and talent pools
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural add, and compensation expectations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job specifications, and set realistic hiring timelines
