About the role
Based in the BC Team within Service Reliability, the role supports Exchanges, Clearing Houses, Mortgage Technology, Fixed Income & Data Services, and Corporate Functions. The analyst partners with Technology, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Risk Management, Security, Facilities, Internal Audit, and Compliance, combining Stakeholder engagement, program management, and governance, and facilitating discussions with business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Facilitate and maintain BIAs to identify critical processes, recovery strategies, RTOs, and dependencies
- Validate annually and after major business changes
- Business Continuity Planning Maintain BCPs and Location Incident Management Plans (L-IMPs) annual reviews and approval cycles
- Exercises & Testing Coordinate continuity exercises and testing, including scenario development and reporting
- Document lessons learned and track corrective actions through closure
