Accountant

About the role

You'll look after the accounts for a business that works in more than one country and more than one currency. The directors want a clear, up to date view of where things stand, and you'll give them that. We use Xero and Zoho, and we want someone keen to use AI tools to cut down the routine work and build dashboards that are easy to read.

What you'll do

• Manage project and company accounts, including budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting
• Oversee invoicing, payments and reconciliation across clients, suppliers and contractors
• Track project budgets and profitability with the quantity surveyor and project teams
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and reporting requirements, including GST and TDS in India
• Support our UK operations, working with our London team and external advisers
