Architect

About the role

You'll produce the technical packages, take schemes through planning and sort out the details that make a house work . Then you'll be on site regularly, checking it's going up the way it was drawn. The projects are whole homes, new builds and large renovations, in India and abroad.

What you'll do

• Design and develop technical and construction drawing packages
• Design custom joinery and detailing packages
• Prepare planning and regulatory submissions in line with local requirements
• Work closely with the interior design, BIM and site teams so every scheme is coherent and buildable
• Carry out regular site visits, meet contractors and subcontractors, and coordinate programmes with the wider team
