About the role
We need someone to be our right hand in India when the directors aren't there. You'd look after the Delhi and Chennai offices day to day, lead the hiring, and be the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting. The team is new, so you'd be shaping how it works and what it's like to be part of it from early on.
What you'll do
- Keep the Delhi and Chennai offices running well day to day, from office management to administration
- Lead recruitment from sourcing and screening through to onboarding
- Build the team and its culture as we grow, including hiring and managing more junior staff in future
- Work closely with the directors and our London office so everyone stays connected, informed and moving
- Build relationships across the industry to strengthen our network and our talent pipeline in India
