What you'll do
- Ensure accurate verification of reports to be issued to clients on time as per TAT/PSD
- Finalization of report as per desired standard of client within the TAT
- Conduct the training & assessment processes for all team members based on applicability
- Monitor and conduct training for the new & existing Engineer, Coordinator, Report preparation colleague as per buyer in house standards
- Conduct audit on in-house and international test methods among the technologists, & coordinators, share findings / outcome
