About the role
This role will contribute to building Modern SaaS AIR, a next-generation AI-native platform, specifically focusing on developing the next generation of Services Paved Road. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who thrives in solving complex engineering challenges, mentoring others, and driving innovation to deliver world-class solutions.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end development of platform capabilities and the Services Paved Road, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members to grow their skills and ensure high-impact delivery
- Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand customer pain points and deliver solutions that meet their needs, reflecting strong engineering practices
- Define and implement best practices for coding, system design, and release management
- Design and develop high-quality back-end systems, APIs (GRPC, REST/OData/GraphQL), and integration tools
