About the role
The Sr Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.
What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Workday platform
- Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process and security
- Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration’s platform
- Involve in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio
