About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical leadership role within Intuitive's Talent Acquisition organization, leading recruiting strategy and execution across India. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and organizational priorities.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Talent Acquisition activities across India
- Manage, coach, develop, and mentor recruiters and recruiting support team members
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across Commercial, Corporate, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership hiring
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor providing market intelligence and talent insights
