Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare candidate Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
