- Equipment health using MES/SCADA systems and ensure minimal downtime
- Initiatives for MTBF improvement and MTTR reduction
- Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols during maintenance activities
- With production and quality teams for RCA and CAPA on equipment-related defects
