About the role
The Team Member – Cell Quality will support the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems for an advanced Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant focusing on N-Type TOPCon technology. The role ensures stringent process control, defect prevention, yield enhancement, and compliance with global quality standards throughout the greenfield project setup as well as post‑commissioning operations in a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor process and product quality parameters to ensure target yield and efficiency
- Identify deviations, defects, and quality issues; support RCA and CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and international quality norms
- Support internal audits, external certification audits, and customer inspections
- Analyze defect trends, scrap data, and yield losses; assist in corrective measures
