About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic direction and design of our enterprise-wide IT solutions. This role will be instrumental in aligning technology with business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our systems.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve the enterprise architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with BP Business Solutions India Private Limited's strategic goals and future business needs
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale enterprise solutions, leveraging expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration
- Champion Agility core practices within architectural design and development processes, promoting iterative and collaborative approaches
- Conduct comprehensive Business modelling to understand organizational capabilities, processes, and data flows, translating them into effective architectural blueprints
- Drive Creativity and Innovation in identifying and evaluating new technologies and approaches that can enhance business value and operational efficiency
