What you'll do

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices and architectural standards
• Drive continuous improvement through the application of Agility core practices, fostering an agile and responsive development environment
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and other technical leads
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
