About the role
As a Supplier Performance Management Analyst, you will provide data, analysis and workflow support to improve supplier performance across bp's global Asset Management supplier portfolio.
What you'll do
- Also support the development of supplier contingency plans and help ensure consistent supplier performance across the portfolio
- Support strategic supplier governance through QBR packs, supplier analytics, audit preparation, corrective-action tracking and performance follow-up
- Implement standardised performance management for suppliers, monitoring results, identifying exceptions and providing clear insight to market supplier owners
- Maintain supplier issue and corrective-action records, ensuring evidence, status and closure information are complete, current and auditable
- Improve SPM delivery by resolving data-quality issues and seeing opportunities to standardise or automate recurring analytical and workflow activities
