About the role
Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about upcoming periodic services or vehicle follow-ups. Collect genuine service feedback scores and log complaints into the internal CRM system. Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding appointment schedules, active discounts, or vehicle status. Convert cold/warm leads into service bookings to hit monthly showroom targets.
