About the role
The Team Lead - Accounts Payable is responsible for managing end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and month-end activities. The role involves leading the AP team, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
What you'll do
- Supervise and manage daily Accounts Payable operations
- Review and approve vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payment proposals
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments in compliance with company policies
- Monitor vendor reconciliations and resolve payment-related queries
- Lead month-end and year-end AP closing activities
