What you'll do
- Define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains aligned with product and engineering goals
- Establish governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across teams
- Lead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices
- Define KPIs such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, and drive continuous improvement
- Accountable for automation ROI, defect leakage trends, and release confidence across programs
