What you'll do

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Establish business analysis frameworks, requirement governance standards, and best practices across teams
• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation efforts
• Define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management
• Establish governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement
