About the role
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analysing, impact assessing and implementing changes to ISS’s portfolio of finance applications (Unit4, Kyriba, Sidetrade, Esker, Avalara, Eyeshare and related integrations), supporting the business processes of:
What you'll do
- Work with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements, pain points and process gaps
- Conduct gap analysis against current configuration and standard product capability
- Produce solution designs and realistic effort estimates for changes and enhancements
- Impact assess every proposed change, covering affected business processes, upstream and downstream integrations, reporting, data, security roles and financial controls
- Document the risk, test scope and rollback approach before implementation
