About the role
The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive identity and access governance controls across enterprise applications and services. The role requires deep expertise in SailPoint or Saviynt implementation and focuses on establishing a robust, compliant, and scalable identity governance framework aligned with the organizations operational and regulatory environment.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and deployment of the organizations Identity & Access Management (IAM) and governance framework, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide IAM standards, processes, and procedures in line with global security frameworks
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices
- Integrate standalone and enterprise applications with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, including developing custom connectors where necessary
- Design, configure, test, and support centralized IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments
