About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the potential for long-term growth within our organization.
What you'll do
- Serve as a Certified SuccessFactors Consultant in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Tracking modules
- Conduct business requirement workshops and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules, including data models, business rules, workflow configuration, MDF objects
- Implement Time Off configuration, including leave of absence config, accrual rules, PEP rules, and time sheet understanding
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module within client organizations
