What you'll do
- Perform manual testing of WMS/WMi applications across multiple functional modules
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression tests for new releases and system updates
- Use SQL queries to validate application data, transactions, and system outputs
- Assist in troubleshooting application issues and support root cause analysis
- Coordinate with development and technical teams to resolve defects and system issues
