Front Office Executive (Females Only)

About the role

As a Front Desk Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our company. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Maintaining daily courier register for tracking inward and outward couriers
• Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for staff with help of our travel agents, and prepare Internal Purchase Order for the same
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
