About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide Break & Fix support services across enterprise infrastructure environments. This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
What you'll do
- Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents
- Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies
