About the role
We are looking for a site leader who can leverage their technical knowledge and people skills to create environments where firmware developers, testers and architects collaborate to create innovative and reliable firmware in the Cloud Compute and Network Switching markets. This role combines deep technical leadership with organizational management responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Create collaborative cross functional engineering environments
- Enable technical leads to drive the latest technologies and techniques while considering business risk
- Manage the day-to-day office space needs
- Drive hiring and facilities expansion as needed
- Meet regularly with fellow firmware leaders around the globe to discuss processes, methods, infrastructure and code base management
