What you'll do
- Conduct market research to understand talent landscapes, industry trends, and competitor recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Support the coordination of candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
- Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition process improvement, HR technology, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
