About the role
To support installation, assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and day-to-day operation of automation machines across all shifts.
What you'll do
- Perform mechanical assembly and installation of automation machines, fixtures, conveyors, pneumatic systems and machine structures
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs
- Perform machine alignment, leveling, fitting, drilling, tapping, cutting and modification activities as required
- Support installation and commissioning of new automation equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and resolve issues with minimum machine downtime
