About the role
Customer Support Engineer (JavaScript Knowledge is mandatory) Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus 2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs)
What you'll do
- Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution
- Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
