About the role
Managing technical workstreams—including data migrations, OIC integrations, PaaS customizations (VBCS/PCS), OTBI/BIP reporting, environment releases, and security architectures. Transitioning legacy UI/UX frameworks to the Oracle Redwood Design System. Drive the strategic timeline for enabling Redwood pages across modules (HCM, Financials, SCM, Project Management) to meet mandatory Oracle upgrade cutoffs.
What you'll do
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end technical workstreams for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) using Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, technical dependencies, budgets, and change requests
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and execute mitigation strategies
