About the role
Salesforce Data Migration-Lead1 We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Specialist with 8+years of exp, to lead and execute complex data migration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting data from legacy systems, transforming and cleansing it, and securely loading it into the Salesforce platform.
What you'll do
- Migration Strategy & Architecture: Design and execute scalable, end-to-end data migration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, ARM, custom objects
- Agentforce & AI Data Readiness: Ensure legacy and transactional data is cleansed, standardized, and vectorized (RAG-ready) to support Agentforce Reasoning Engine
- High-Volume Execution & Automation: Leverage Salesforce APIs (Bulk API 2.0
- Validation, QA & Governance: Create automated verification checks to reconcile post-migration record counts, relationship trees, deduplication rules
