What you'll do
- Own the technical architecture and solution design for Experience Cloud implementations spanning both Customer and Partner portals, including licensing strategy
- Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with client stakeholders (IT, Digital, Customer Experience, Channel/Partner teams)
- Make and defend architectural decisions: template selection (Customer Service vs. Partner Central vs. Build Your Own), licensing model (Customer Community
- Guide the team on advanced customization: complex LWC/Aura component architecture, Apex design patterns, API-led integration architecture
- Own the end-to-end security design for guest users, authenticated external users, and cross-org data visibility
