About the role
As our new Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst (Workday), you will play a critical role in transforming how HR data is accessed, analyzed, and consumed across JBT Marel. This role goes beyond traditional reporting. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that provide business leaders with actionable workforce insights.
What you'll do
- Workday Reporting Ownership & HR Insights
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable workforce insights that support HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders in decision-making
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning
- Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility and drive data-informed decisions
