About the role
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a CRM Executive. The candidate will support customer relationship processes, including lead tracking, quotation follow-ups, order coordination, and after-sales service support.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries and complaints via phone and email
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Daily performance tracking of service engineer
- Maintain CRM records and the customer database
- Follow up on service requests and feedback
