About the role
Implementation support for maternal and newborn health programs Provide technical input and support the design and implementation of all MNCH project activities to achieve desired results. Initiate, build, and strengthen relationships with various stakeholders in the state to achieve MNCH program objectives.
What you'll do
- Work in coordination with program stakeholders such as State and District officials, partner organizations
- Provide support in organizing clinical training, workshops, and on-site coaching in the intervention districts
- Assist in the development of training materials, performance standards and job aids to support the strengthening of maternity services in the State
- Prepare the data analysis report, presentations, and briefs as per the requirements
- Perform or assume other duties as assigned by the supervisor
