About the role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Service (HVAC) to lead service operations, manage field service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across HVAC systems and solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for service delivery, maintenance operations, customer relationship management, team development, and achieving operational targets.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations, including preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC execution
- Lead and supervise a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Monitor service KPIs, response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
- Drive service revenue growth through AMC renewals, modernization opportunities, and spare parts sales
