About the role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager - Service (HVAC & Chillers) to oversee service operations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and customer support for HVAC systems and chiller installations. The role involves managing service teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining service quality standards, and driving customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) activities for HVAC and chiller systems
- Ensure timely execution of service schedules and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
