About the role
As a Manager – CFS Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.
What you'll do

- Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals
- Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion
