About the role
The Manager - Service is responsible for leading service operations for HVAC and Chiller systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction, operational excellence, revenue growth, and effective management of service teams. The role involves driving preventive maintenance, breakdown service, troubleshooting, AMC management, spare parts planning, and customer relationship management.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage service operations for HVAC systems, water-cooled chillers, air-cooled chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and related equipment
- Drive service revenue through AMC, retrofit, modernization, repair, and spare parts sales
- Manage a team of Service Engineers and Technicians, ensuring productivity and service quality
- Oversee installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and customer satisfaction targets
