What you'll do
- The Senior Instructional Designer will support the Partner Enablement organization by designing and developing instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training
- Working closely with Partner Enablement leaders, instructors, and subject matter experts
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, video-based learning, learning guides
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training programs
- Create storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, videos, and performance support resources
