What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations
- Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager
- Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner
- Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for timely completion
