What you'll do

• Test boiler feed water, cooling water, and steam samples for pH, hardness, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, silica, and other parameters
• Conduct chemical tests on coal, oil, or gas to determine calorific value, ash content, moisture, and impurities
• Prepare and dose chemicals for water treatment, corrosion control, and scaling prevention
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards by monitoring emissions and effluents
• Maintain accurate records of test results, chemical usage, and compliance reports
