About the role
As an SSDE, you will design and build high-performance services that power mission-critical authentication, subscriptions, payments and content delivery systems across JioStar's platform. You will operate at the intersection of scale, reliability, and real-time decisioning - supporting live sports, premium entertainment, and personalized experiences for millions of users.
What you'll do
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices, conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews
- Ensure sub-second server response times and implement appropriate data stores - relational, document, key-value, object, or graph
- Take ownership of running and maintaining cloud infrastructure
- Continuously evaluate relevant technologies and influence architecture and design discussions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives
